Your Event
What type of event can I order for?
Whether it's a birthday gathering, housewarming, baby shower, engagement, office party, holiday party, conference or a gift - we have the perfect desserts for it.
How soon should I order?
Please allowat least two weekswhen placing an order. Our schedules get booked pretty fast, and we want to make sure we can fulfill your order in time. If you have questions, please send us an email.
How much should I order?
When placing an order online you'll have sizing options under each dessert. For instance, if you are placing an order for Banana Pudding, you can select either:
- Intimate - feeds up to 15 people
- Party - feeds up to 30 people
- Corporate - feeds up to 50 people
If your event is feeding more than 50 people, you will need to submit a form and place a custom order with us. Once order details are finalized, you'll receive an invoice.
What if the dessert I want isn't listed?
If you desire a dessert or flavor that isn't listed, or need a dessert customized, please send us an email, and we will let you know if this is something we can accommodate in time for your event.
Will you setup the desserts for my event?
In most cases we don't setup desserts for events unless there was an agreement. During checkout you'll have the option to pick-up or have it delivered (there is a delivery fee).
Ordering
How to order?
If you know the exact dessert(s) you want to order, click on the 'Order' tab and choose your desserts. If what you want is not available or you need a custom order, please email us at contact@sweetheadsatl.com.
How to pay?
All transactions are done online.If you are ordering from our website, you'll be directed to the checkout section where you can enter your payment details.
If you're placing a custom order you'll be sent an invoice via email, and then directed to checkout to enter your payment details.
When will I receive my order?
All desserts are made to order, so based on the date you selected, your order will be ready the day before or day of the event. You'll receive an email confirmation for pick-up or delivery time.
Where do I pick-up?
If you selected the pick-up option, you'll receive the pick-up address (Atlanta-based), date and time once your order is complete.
Is there a delivery fee?
Yes. There is a delivery fee based on mileage. When you're checking out, please enter the delivery address, so we know where to drop off the desserts. Address, date and time will be confirmed via email.
Our Desserts
Why is pricing pricey?
We know we're not your typical grocery store pricing. Our desserts are made fresh from scratch. As inflation on groceries continue to increase, we have to make sure our company stays afloat as well.
When are they made?
All of our desserts are made to order, unless you are purchasing at the shop. We prepare our desserts based on pick-up and delivery dates.
How long will it stay fresh?
Our desserts should be kept refrigerated when not eaten and eaten within 2-3 days. You can also freeze your desserts in a sealed container for up to 3 weeks.
